You switch cannot get banned with our mod if you use the CFW(custom firmware) option because we have already isntalled 90DNS which blocke all access to nintendo servers. Nintendo is only able to ban you if you use the same game(title key of the game) at the same time as another person and connect to their servers.

We install(solder) a chip to the motherbaord of your device which interrupts the boot sequence of the nintendo switch, thus giving us ability to inject custom firmware.

You can "technically" play online just not on Nintendo Servers. You'd be connecting to a private server, theres a whole discord dedicated to this where you can find friends to play with through the local player but instead of them connecting to your local internet you can configure the DNS on your system to play with your friends thousands of miles away just like Nintendo Online except youd have to arrange the groups yourself, thats why theres a discord that explains all that in detail.
